This was my first and LASTtime going to Flaming Grill Buffet. Then to top it all off, I was extremely upset with the fact that there were NO snow crab legs,as that was our main reasoning for going! On the website and takeout menu, they have them listed. Which was an extreme clutter and made it hard to eatwith so many plates on the table. All dirty and unused platesstayed on our table until someone else came and cleared them AFTER we paid. She didn’t come back to the tableuntil she dropped our check, although she walked by multiple times and we clearly needed service. ![]() She cleared our plates that ONE time and got ONE refill. It seemed like I was a botherfor even asking her to do her job. I hadto wave her down to stop her and ask, which she then just stopped & looked at me, saying nothing. She walked passed us multipletimes, without clearing ANY plates or asking for refills - which is literally ALL they are required to do at a buffet. Once wewere sat, our waitress was extremely rude and had no desire what so ever to take care of us. I then go “hello, is there a wait? Is this where I give my name?” The young lady proceededto completely ignore me and stare into space (honestly, this is when we should’ve just left and went to another restaurant).Another young man behind the counter overheard me, stepped in and took care of me. When I approached the host stand, the host literally just stared intospace, not even acknowledging me. When wearrived, there were a lot of people waiting in the lobby. My family and I were excited to try this local buffet as the reviews were decent. I’ve been a waitress/server/bartender for over 10 years and that was by far the. Also, a couple coworkers were standing by the hostess podium and talking about our national origin and using f*** b***language in front of my 7 and 9 years old children who brought it to my attention.Īll in all, I don't recommend going to such a buffet and have already informed my community and friends about it.TERRIBLE service from the moment we walked in. Surprisingly, when the so-called manager showed up after our server called him, he refused to listen to my complaint saying that he already heard the hostess 'side story and that he's there to defend his coworkers!!! I have been in the hospitality/hotel/restaurant industry for over 20 years and I have never heard or expect any employee to respond to a regular client's complaint in such a degraded way. that she had created and mishandled very badly, she also refused to give me her name saying that I'm not a police officer. ![]() The hostess refused to call her manager over a situation. ![]() 3rd, I took my wife and my 2 children to such a buffet and we experienced the worst customer service ever, The stuff including the manager were very unprofessional, so rude and vulgar.
